INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LOGO POLICY

1. Website Intellectual Property

All original content belonging to Nizamis World and appearing on GiftCompany.in, including text, graphics, photographs, designs, logos, layouts and other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

2. Customer Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of their logos, trademarks, artwork and other intellectual property supplied to Nizamis World.

3. Customer Authorization

By providing artwork, logos, trademarks or other materials, the customer confirms that it has the necessary rights and authorization to use and reproduce such materials.

4. Production Use

Nizamis World may reproduce and provide customer-supplied materials to relevant manufacturers, printers, embroiderers, packaging providers and other service providers solely to fulfil the customer’s order.

5. Customer Responsibility

The customer shall be responsible for claims arising from unauthorized use, infringement or violation of third-party intellectual property rights in materials supplied by the customer.

6. Portfolio and Marketing Use

Nizamis World will not publicly display a customer’s logo, branding or finished products for marketing or portfolio purposes where the customer has expressly requested in writing that such use not be made.

7. Third-Party Rights

Nothing on GiftCompany.in grants a customer ownership or rights in trademarks, logos, designs or other intellectual property belonging to third parties.
