1. Payment Methods

GiftCompany.in may offer payment through methods displayed on the Website, quotation or invoice, including bank transfer, online payment gateway and other methods approved by Nizamis World.

2. Payment Confirmation

An order shall not be considered confirmed until the required payment or other agreed payment confirmation has been received.

3. Payment Gateway

Online payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers.

Nizamis World does not retain complete card or banking credentials where payment is processed through a third-party payment provider.

4. Failed Transactions

If a payment is debited from the customer’s account but the order is not confirmed, the customer should contact us with the transaction reference.

The matter will be verified with the relevant payment provider.

5. Taxes

Applicable GST and other statutory charges will be included or charged as stated in the applicable quotation or invoice.

6. Credit Terms

Credit facilities are not automatic and are available only where expressly approved by Nizamis World in writing.
