Order & Artwork Approval Policy
ORDER & ARTWORK APPROVAL POLICY

This Policy applies to customized, personalized, printed, embroidered, engraved, embossed and branded products ordered through GiftCompany.in.
1. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for checking all order details before approval, including:
- Product;
- Quantity;
- Size;
- Colour;
- Logo;
- Artwork;
- Text;
- Spelling;
- Placement;
- Dimensions;
- Branding method;
- Personalization;
- Packaging; and
- Delivery details.
2. Artwork Approval
Where artwork or a digital mock-up is supplied, the customer must review it carefully before providing approval.
Approval by email, WhatsApp, purchase order or another agreed communication method authorizes Nizamis World to proceed with production.
3. No Changes After Approval
Once artwork or specifications have been approved, changes may not be accepted.
If a change is exceptionally accepted, additional costs and production delays may apply.
4. Colour Variations
Colours displayed on a screen may differ from the final printed or manufactured product.
Minor colour variations may occur due to printing processes, materials, production equipment and batch differences.
Such reasonable variations shall not automatically constitute a defect.
5. Printing and Branding Tolerances
Minor variations in printing position, embroidery placement, engraving depth, embossing, alignment or other branding characteristics may occur due to the nature of the production process.
6. Customer-Supplied Artwork
Artwork should preferably be supplied in the format requested by Nizamis World.
The customer confirms that it has the necessary rights and permissions to use all supplied artwork, logos, trademarks, images and text.
7. Production
Production may commence only after required approvals and payments have been received.
Once production begins, the order cannot ordinarily be cancelled or modified.
8. No Refund
Customized and branded products are non-refundable and non-cancellable, subject to applicable law.
